14-day cancellation and returns

For standard products with a fixed design, email hello@spinosimedia.ch within 14 days of receiving your item to cancel. Include your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You then have 14 days to send the item back.

You pay return postage for a change-of-mind return. We refund the item price and applicable standard outbound delivery charges. Additional charges for upgraded delivery are not refundable unless required by law.

We refund using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods or evidence of return dispatch, whichever is earlier. You may inspect goods as in a shop. Where legally permitted, a deduction may apply for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Personalised items

Items made to your individual specifications, such as a custom name or portrait, are excluded from change-of-mind cancellation only where applicable law permits. A fixed design is not personalised simply because it is made to order. Rights concerning faulty, damaged or incorrect goods remain unaffected.

Problems with your order

Email hello@spinosimedia.ch with your order number and a description of the issue. Clear photographs help us investigate. We cover necessary costs of resolving faults or errors for which we are responsible, including return postage where needed. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
