Delivery
Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Made-to-order products require production time in addition to transit time. Products may arrive separately when made or dispatched by different partners.
14-day cancellation and returns
For standard products with a fixed design, tell us within 14 days of receiving your item if you wish to cancel. Email hello@spinosimedia.ch with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You then have 14 days to send the item back.
You pay the return postage for a change-of-mind return. We refund the item price and applicable standard outbound delivery charges. Any additional charge for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable unless required by law.
We refund using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. You may inspect an item as you would in a shop. Where permitted by law, a deduction may apply for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Personalised items
Items made to your individual specifications, such as a custom name or portrait, are excluded from change-of-mind cancellation only where applicable law permits. A fixed-design product is not treated as personalised simply because it is made to order. Your rights concerning faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Contact us at hello@spinosimedia.ch with your order number and a description of the problem. Clear photographs of the item and packaging help us investigate. We cover the necessary costs of resolving faults or errors for which we are responsible, including return postage where a return is needed. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
