Can I add a name or photo?
The current Terracotta collection has a fixed Shiba design. Names and photos cannot be added.
How are items made?
Our sweatshirt and mug are printed to order and fulfilled by Printful. Their product images are manufacturer mockups. CJdropshipping ships our clear Shiba charm and washable lint roller from China. Standard shipping is included in the roller price. Standard shipping for a single charm is USD 5.90.
Which sweatshirt size should I choose?
Compare the size guide on the product page with a sweatshirt you own. The supplier notes that this model runs small.
Orders and delivery
Where do you deliver?
We currently offer delivery to Switzerland, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. Available shipping options and charges appear at checkout.
Will my items arrive together?
Items may be produced and shipped separately. Shipping charges can be combined for products from different shipping profiles.
Can I change my order?
Email hello@spinosimedia.ch as soon as possible. Production can begin automatically; a change may not be possible once work has started. Your applicable cancellation rights remain unaffected.
How do returns work?
See our delivery and returns policy for cancellation, return postage, refunds and the return address. Contact us if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
